The new single from British Soul Sensation Hannah Williams and The Affirmations has just dropped.
‘The Only Way Out is Through‘ is the fourth single to be released from Hannah’s album ‘50 Foot Woman‘ and came out today as a digital only single.
Fans of Williams will know what to expect. Powerhouse vocals with enough raw, grit and emotion to challenge any of greats in Soul music. Backing is provided by Hannah’s band The Affirmations. I’d challenge you to find a more solid band. The song itself is essentially a ballad, The Affirmations provide a backing track that is has a kind of moody funk feel to it but with some horn stabs to uplift the mood and then the chorus has an almost rock feel to it. A classic track with all the elements to grab you hook line and sinker!
