The new single from Brooklyn-based independent record label Dala Records comes from the labels founder, Billy The Kid. Since setting up Dala Records in 2015, Billy has produced and engineered six LPs, four EPs, three 45s and multiple singles for the 16-artist Dala Records catalog.
On new single ‘Love is the way in‘, Billy takes cues from The Beach Boys, Emitt Rhodes and Paul McCartney in the late ‘60s and early ‘70s. The track delivers a classic sound, with heaps of soul all the while delivering a strong message to his fellow country men and women – VOTE!
