Emma Noble, one half of UK DJ Duo Noble and Heath released her debut single in September. Due to Covid it took a while for the 45 to arrive here in Australia. But it was certainly worth the wait.
On the A Side Emma lays down her own take of “Woman Of The World” a track from the lost 1972, Marvin Gaye album “You’re The Man” which was only released for the first time in 2019. This version is an uplifting, positive soul anthem about female empowerment.
When I first heard this song it blew my mind, I absolutely fell in love with it. The musical arrangements and melodies are just effortlessly beautiful, but also lyrically there’s a lot of important things to think about, I’m thrilled and honoured to be celebrating all the women of the world with my version of this track. ~ Emma Noble
