Menagerie – The new spiritual jazz project from Lance Ferguson

Lance Ferguson the band leader of Australian outfit The Bamboos presents his new spiritual jazz project, Menagerie.
The album titled “They shall inherit” is due to be released on 10th/11th December via UK-based record label Tru Thoughts. Special Guests on the album are Fallon Williams and the one and only Roy Ayers.
Ferguson has worked with Williams before on his Cookin’ on 3 Burners project.
A preview of “Leroy and the Lion” the collaboration with Roy Ayers is featured below (courtesy of Wax Poetics). The pairing of Ayers and Ferguson is pretty astounding. Have a listen you will not be disappointed.
