We just came across this BBC documentary on Bossa Nova. Thanks to Nik Weston from Mukatsuku Records for the heads up. It’s definitely worth watching for anyone with an interest in Bossa Nova music.

In the documentary Katie Derham travels to Rio de Janeiro (where her father was born) to explore the story behind Brazil’s most famous and enduring song “The Girl from Ipanema”.
